When you reserve your stay with us, we provide exclusive access to local experts who will guide you on your hunt, free of charge. These guides are not paid, and work solely off of tips for their services while hunting, fishing, boating, or for any of the other amazing activities that our lodge offers.
For alligator hunting, we cap groups at a maximum of four hunters. Lodge rental is $600/night plus $500/hunter/hunt. Each hunter can shoot up to three gators and is allowed to pick one for keeping. If you would like to have your gator professionally skinned and tanned, there will be an additional cost applied. Guides work off tips.
For duck hunting, lodge rental is $600/day and $250/hunter/hunt with a maximum of 6 hunters taxes and cleaning additional). Guides work off tips.

The bayous of Louisiana are one of the most sought after alligator hunting locations in the country! At Miller-Green Lodge in Pecan Island, alligator hunts are available at $500/hunter. Lodge is available for rent as well at $600/night (taxes & cleaning additional).
The maximum number of overnight guests we allow is eight people. There may be an additional charge for large groups and if the entire group wants to watch the alligator hunting. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
When you go out on your hunt, you can acquire the knowledge and expertise of a local gator hunting guide as you immerse yourself in our wonderful Cajun culture. These guides are not paid, and work solely off of tips for their services while hunting, fishing, boating, or for any of the other amazing activities that our lodge offers.
Each hunter in your group can shoot up to three gators and is allowed to keep one. Each hunter must pay for the cost of hide tanning, if desired. The tanning process takes one year to complete. An alligator hunting license for the state of Louisiana is required, and must be obtained by the hunter. The in-state license fee is $25, and out-of-state license fees are $250.
Our hunting lodge rates are $600/lodge rental/per night and $250/hunter/hunt (taxes & cleaning additional). We cap the maximum amount of duck hunter at six per group. Guides work off tips.
If you desire, an authentic Louisiana Cajun chef can cook for you and your group with an additional cost. Their services are contingent upon the number of people in the group, and the type of food to be provided.
